� <br />� <br />r�L <br />Task 4 Project Management, Meetings and Coordination <br />The objective of this task is to provide the needed project management and <br />correspondence needed for the project. <br />The URS Team members attended the following meetings during the performance <br />period: <br />• January 28, 2008 Energy Subcommittee meeting in Glenwood Springs, Colorado <br />Mr. Sikora and Ms. Fowler continue to communicate with the City of Grand Junction <br />periodically for contract questions and issues as they arise. <br />Work Planned for the Next Invoice Period <br />This section provides a summary of the action items for the next reporting period. <br />Task 1— Existing Data and Literature Search <br />Continue to research documents and information as available. <br />Task 2— Water Demand Scenario Development <br />The URS Team has defined a range of scenarios to support the analysis of water demands <br />for the various energy development and water planning projects for near and long-term <br />planning horizons. This was discussed at the January 28, 2008 Energy Subcommittee <br />Meeting and during the February 15, 2008 Energy Subcommittee Working Session. <br />Task 3— Review Conditional Water Rights <br />The URS Team continues to review conditional water rights information, identifying <br />those water rights that are owned by energy companies. <br />Task 4- Project Management, Meefings and Coordination <br />Members of the URS Team will attend the following meetings during the next reporting <br />period: <br />• February 25, 2008 Colorado Roundtable (presentation by Mr. Doug Jeavons, <br />possibly include AGNWC and Energy Needs Assessment information) <br />Contract Progress <br />Table 1 provides a summary of the budget for the entire project to date (Notice-to- <br />Proceed through February 1, 2008). There is approximately $60,237.17 remaining in the <br />budget as of February 1, 2008 (this does not include subconsultant charges that may have <br />been accrued during this period of performance). <br />Problems/Concerns <br />The URS Team received documentation from the City that the schedule for Phase 1 has <br />been extended until March 29, 2008.
