Woodward-Cty� <br />�1 <br />�� <br />2.0 <br />PROJECT TEAM ORGANIZATION <br />Our proposed project team organizatian is illustrated in the attached organization chart, <br />Figure 2-1. The quali�cations and experience of key individuals named in the <br />organiza.tion chart are discussed in Section 3.2 and resumes are included in Appendix C. <br />All members of the project team are full-time employees of 'VVCC's Denver office except <br />for Valley Surveying of Florence, Colorado, who will be providing su.rveying for the <br />crass-setions and pro�les. We are prepared to commit these individuals to this praject <br />as required. <br />Mr. Terrence E. Arnoid, P.E., will be the proj ager for this project and will work <br />d'uectly with the Water Company, S resentatives, and representatives <br />of the Colorado Water Conservatian . Mr. has experience working with <br />the State agencies and other gove ent dam rehabilitation <br />projects. Mr. Garrett Jackson, P. e project engineer and will report directly <br />to Mr. Arnold. As project engineer, he will also be the lead professional for the <br />investigatioa and will be responsible for dam evaluation and dam repair design. The <br />organization chart also includes Mr. John W. France, P.E., as responsible professional. <br />As responsible professionat, Mr. France will have primary responsibility for quality <br />cantrol and oversight af the design documents. To achieve a high quaiity engineering <br />product, WCC has a policy that all work products must be peer reviewed intemally <br />before they are delivered to the client. Mr. France will aiso perform the peer review. <br />For subsequent design services the team would be supported by WCC's design staff and <br />extensive support services and facilities. The WCC design group provides expertise and <br />experience in all aspects of the design process. This provides the highest quality design <br />for the client. Our Denver affice is equipped with over 150 personal computers (PCs) <br />used for engineering analyses, drafting, word processing, and project management <br />applicaxions.
