� � ��_. �� �• :��� <br />The BLOA has applied to the CWCB to borrow $900,000 from the �� Project Loan Account. <br />The loan from the CWCB is contingent upon CWCB approval, and the successful negotiation of <br />a contract between the CWCB and the BLOA. <br />The BLOA will need to obtain an approving vote of the BLOA Members to contract for the loan. <br />Said approval is currently in process and will be finalized at the December 4, 1997, Special <br />Meeting of the Owners. <br />� i_i � �_ � � � <br />The selected alternative is technically and financially feasible.
