Copies of entails and reports generated by the Colorado Avalanche Information Center <br /> (CAIQ and ether sources for every day that operations are suspended. <br /> 17.The Permit Holder may request in writing an additional period of operation prior to November <br /> I' or past March 31" of each season provided that State suspension criteria have not been <br /> exceeded and the Project Sponsors and Parties have agreed to fund such activities. <br /> 18. The <br /> MRCS reaps the States snowpack suspension criteria for all SNOTEL sites on a daily <br /> File Transfer protocol (FTP) site for Colorado. The Permit flolder must check this <br /> NRCS F rP site regularly and coordinate nate with the C CB to suspend operations when <br /> warranted. <br /> The NRCS is moving,the long-term (30-year)average of SNCTEL,sites from the 1971- <br /> 2000 data to the 1981-2010 data: by the end of 2012. The MRCS will update the <br /> snowpack SWE values and snapping that are used for State's suing suspension <br /> criteria. <br /> As of 2010. the NRCS is wing the 1971-2000 snowpack SWE data.The values below <br /> are the actual SWE values (black) and snowpack SWE thresholds (red) that will be <br /> monitored and mapped for suspension criteria. The data will also be shown in a spatial <br /> 4 <br />
