In accordance with the November 2007 Agreement of the New Mexico Interstate <br />Stream Commission and the Colorado Water Conservation Board to Provide Funds for Weather <br />Modification Programs in Southwestern Colorado, the Commission during the past three winters <br />has contributed a total of $109,000 to the Board to support winter cloud seeding activities for the <br />Western San Juan Mountain and Eastern San Juan Mountain programs.
