It <br /> is the American Meteorological Society policy statement from 1992 on Planned and <br /> Inadvertent Weather Modification. <br /> 12. Exhibit L: is Reference VI to the WWC application. It is the North American Interstate <br /> Weather Modification Council paper from 2006 written by Arlen Huggins entitled, " Summary <br /> of Studies that Document the Effectiveness of Cloud Seeding for Snowfall Augmentation." <br /> 13.
