<br />in the. Goodhue Ditch has..taken place on lands lying in the Coal

<br />Creek drainage basin, and all water diverted through the Goodhue
<br />Ditch has been lost to South Boulder Creek. Applicant,
<br />A. therefore, claims the 'right to divert a :like amount of t+ter for
<br />the purposes described in Paragraph No. 10. No water rights on
<br />South Boulder Creek will be anaterially injured as a result of
<br />such . a change:
<br />20. Applicant and Objectors have Stipulated that future
<br />diversions_. under these shares shall be as follows:
<br />(a) Whenever said water is being divertea at the �
<br />Goodhue Ditch headgate, Applicant fs entitled to
