Davidson Ditch and 640.631 shares.of stock in the Goodhue Ditch.
40.. By the terms of this Decree and. the Decree issued in
Consolidated Case Nos. W 834, 8(2) - 76 and W 8348(2) - 76, Applicant
shall abandon to'the fctream system 6.74 cuin.ic feet per second of
the. April. 15; 1872 priority date, and 0.86 cubic feet per second
of -the May-10,1075 priority date decreed to the Davidson Ditch;

and'9.37 cubic feet per second of 'the combined June 1,'1873
priority dates decreed to the Goodhue Ditch. The Decree for the
Davidson Ditch shall be reduced to 209.56.cubic feet per'second
under April 15, -1872 priority and 7.89 cubic feet per
- second under the Ditch's May.10, 1875 priority. The. Decree for
the Goodhue Ditch shall be reduced to 86.87 cubic feet p.sr second
