In <br />order to disburse grant funds from the $40,000 approved for Pioneer Water and Irrigation, you <br />need to prepare a scope of work. I am sending a copy of the scope of work used for the South <br />Platte Ditch Company's Telemetry Project as a sample. Additionally, I'm sending a W-9 tax <br />form and an application. (Note that the application will only be used for information in the <br />contracting process.) <br />Your next step is to provide the following contract attachment documents for our review: <br />a. Final Project Work Scope — with work tasks identified and described. <br />b. Project Schedule — by work task <br />c. Proj ect Budget — by work task, funding source and/or in-kind commitment. <br />Once the scope is approved, information will be taken from your application and will become <br />part of a contract document between the State of Colorado and Pioneer Water and Irrigation. <br />Also, please be advised that the CWCB cannot reimburse for any activities or equipment <br />purchases that occur before the contract is signed. <br />We look forward to working with you on this project.
