Gimbel <br />cwca D�co� <br />I am pleased to inform you that on March 16, 20l 1 the Colorado Water Conservarion Board <br />approved your loan request for the GarIand #2 Canal Repair Project as described in the <br />appIication and approved Loan Feasibility Study titled "Feasibility of Garland Two Canal <br />Repairs," dated January 74, 2011. The Board approved a loan not to exceed $251,793 {$249,300 <br />for project costs and $2,493 for the 1% Loan Service Fee). The loan tert�as shalt be 3U years at <br />an interest rate of 2.75% per armum. I have attached a copy of the updated Board memo dated <br />March 21, 201 l, that includes the Board's apprnval. <br />After the Board approves a loan there are a few steps th�t remain in the loan process including: <br />A) Contractin�: An approved contract must be in place before funds can be dishursed. Vaughn <br />McWilliams wiil iniriate the loan contractin� process for this project. When all of the <br />contract canditions are met and the contract is executed the Company may request loan <br />funds to cover �ligibie project expenses.
