The contract has expired and CWCB has approved <br />the de-authorization of this loan at the November 15 —17, 2010 Board Meeting. <br />Attached for your review are: <br />1. The PO Mod to reduce the encumbrance to zero. <br />2. Consent Agenda Item 2b for the Loan De-Authorization for the Town of DeBeque <br />3. The Town of DeBeque's letter dated April 14, 2009 returning the funds. <br />4.
