We understand that the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) has <br />been requested by the JFRCCVS team to review the JFRCCVS and provide comments to the JFRCCVS team <br />by October 20, 2010. CWCB has requested AECOM and Stratus Consulting to provide thorough independent <br />review of the entire JFRCCVS and comments based on professional judgment of the big picture manner in <br />which the report was written, on the technical data and how that information is used, and on consistency with <br />the CRWAS Phase I Report. We understand that CWCB will use review comments from the CRWAS team to <br />support CWCB comments to the JFRCCVS team. We understand that CWCB has allocated $3,500 for this <br />task. <br />Scope of Work <br />We will review the entire JFRCCVS and provide comments based on professional judgment ofthe big picture <br />manner in which the report was written, on the technical data and how that information is used, and on <br />consistency with the CRWAS Phase I Report. Primary reviewers are expected to be Joel Smith (Stratus), Matt <br />Brown ( AECOM), and Blaine Dwyer ( AECOM). We will document comments electronically with track <br />changes within the JFRCCVS and submit to you by Monday October 18, 2010. <br />Budget <br />We will invoice CWCB $3,500 lump sum under a new purchase order. <br />If you have any questions on the proposed services, please feel free to call. <br />AECOM <br />Blaine N.
