Number OE PDA 10000000066 <br />Dear Mr. Reidy: <br />Please find herein, Great Western Institute's (GWI) first invoice related to the above referenced <br />purchase order executed on December 11, 2009. This invoice covers those labor costs and <br />expenses incurred from project inception to December 15, 2009. <br />During the above referenced period of time, GWI specifically incurred costs related to the <br />following activities: <br />• Prepared for and attended two project meetings. <br />• Developed comparative analyses of the SWSI Phase I data, the Drought and <br />Water Supply Assessment data for both the 2004 and 2007 projects, and those <br />water conservation plans on file with the CWCB. <br />• Developed candidate <br />• Developed capital budgeting estimates for both indoor and outdoor programs <br />0 <br />GWI incurred labor cost of $4,537.50 related to performing these services.
