Note: As the original budget stated $622.00 is to be paid by the City for Consultant services as part of the match (cash) and therefore that
amount was deducted from Hallidays' invoices. Originally, printing costs were estimated to be done by a company for $1800 for 30
bounded, color copies. However, the cost of printing was significantly less than anticipated due to printing in -house and making less
copies while the In -kind labor hours exceeded original estimation by 80 hours. The labor hours expended by the City equate to more than
$1800.
