In June of 2000 the State Engineer's Office imposed a storage restriction on the reservoir <br />due to seepage problems along the downstream slope of the dam. Improvements to the facility included a <br />buttress fill design placed along the downstream toe of the dam, a sloping blanket drain, toe drains, and <br />extension of the outlet pipe. The Contractor , Zak Dirt, Longmont, Colorado, commenced construction in <br />the summer of 2002 and completed the work in November of 2002. <br />Project Data <br />Sponsor: Cedar Mesa Ditch and Res.
