<br />Project Description
<br />The Lazy O Ranch Homeowners Association was formed in 1987 and is located in Pitkin County.
<br />The ranch consists of 1,500, 500 acres of dedicated agricultural land, 900 acres of dedicated
<br />wildlife preservation, and the remaining 100 acres consisting of 21 home sites. This project
<br />involved the construction of a secondary irrigation water system to reduce the long term impact to
<br />the homeowners association's domestic water system. The project consisted of the construction of
<br />a 5 acre-foot reservoir and the installation of 7,500 feet of 2 to 6 inch Class 200 PVC distribution
<br />and services lines
