C.R.S., whose address is <br /> 1313 Sherman Street. Room 721. Denver. Colorado. 80203, THE <br /> FOLLOWING WATER RIGHT in the County of Delta in the State of <br /> Colorado. to -wit: <br /> 300 cubic feet per second out of the 800 cubic feet per <br /> second decreed by the District Court for Delta County in Civil <br /> Action No. C -5873 on August 11. 1969. to the Rabbit Gulch Canal <br /> of the Gunnison Main Project. <br /> Together with the covenant'granted by the Agreement for <br /> Donation and Covenant of Water Rights between The Nature <br /> Conservancy and the Pittsburgh and Midway Coal Mining Company <br /> (P&M) dated December 31. 1987 and recorded at Book 586.
