Findings of reasonable diligence as to these rights <br /> have been regularly entered by the Water Court, most recently on <br /> October 8, 1985, in Case No. 85CW98. The contemplated draft <br /> substantive total, as shown in Table 1 above, is the amount of <br /> water, based on the findings of the decree in Civil Action <br /> No. C -5873 and the evidence <br /> entered therein, contemplated to be <br /> diverted or impounded from the flow of the Gunnison River and <br /> consumptively used each year by the integrated operation of the <br /> project water rights. The contemplated draft amount shown for <br /> each structure in parentheses has also been derived from the <br /> decree and evidence in Civil Action No. C -5873. Amounts shown <br /> represent the measure of water which could be appropriated for <br /> storage and /or consumptive use by means of the individual struc- <br /> tures. Amounts shown in parentheses are not additive to the <br /> substantive total contemplated draft for the entire P&M Gunnison <br /> Main Project, but are maximum consumptive use amounts for the <br /> _3- r nnfnQ7 <br />
