b. Automobile liability insurance for all vehicles. <br />and comprehensive general liability insurance, both in <br />at least the followinq amounts: <br />(1) For any injury to one person in any single <br />occurrence, the sum of Five Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars (�500,000). <br />(2) For any injury to two or more persons in any <br />sinqle occurrence, the sum of One Million Dollars <br />($1,000.000). <br />(3) F'or any damaqe to property, the sum of Four <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000) for each <br />occurrence. <br />Said qeneral liability insurance shall name the <br />Contractor and the State as co-insureds. No payments <br />shall be made to the Contractor under this contract <br />unless copies of current certificates of all such <br />insurance have been obtained by the Contractor and <br />filed with the State. <br />6. Permit periodic inspection� nstruction by <br />authorized representatives of ����'�a�durinq dnd after <br />construction. � �- �� <br />7. Without expense to t bperate, and• <br />maintain the project conti !C�y���� ic�ent and .� <br />economical manner, and assv�k� all legal liabi�ity for such <br />management, operation, and maintenance. Contractor aqrees <br />to indemnify and hold the State harmless from any lia�ility <br />incurred by the State as a result of the State's interest in <br />the project facilities and any other property identified in <br />paragraph B.14. below. The Contractor shall maintain <br />comprehensive qeneral liability insurance covering the <br />management, operation, and maintenance of the project from the <br />Lime it accepts the constructed project as snbstantially <br />completed until it completes repayment to the State, in at <br />leasL tne following a�ounts: - - <br />a. Make the services of said project available within its <br />qualified capacity to all persons in the Contractor's service area � <br />without discrimination as to race, color, religion, or natural <br />origin at reasonable charqes (including assessments, taxes, or <br />fees), whether for one or more classes of service, in <br />accordance with a schedule of such charqes formally adopted by <br />the Contractor throuqh its elected officers, as may be modified <br />from time to time. The initial rate schedule must be approved <br />in writing by the State.
