appointed member is not present, alternates will have authority to participate in AMWG <br />business, including quorum and voting privileges. Members and alternates of the AMWG will <br />be appointed for a 4 -year term. <br />12. Ethics Responsibility: No AMWG member or alternate member will participate in any <br />specific party matter including a lease, license, permit, contract, claim, agreement, or related <br />litigation with the Department in which the member has a direct financial interest. <br />13. Designated Federal Officer: Secretary's Designee, Glen Canyon Dam Adaptive Management <br />Work Croup, Department of the Interior, 1849 C Street, NW, Washington, DC 20240. <br />14. Subgroups: The AMWG may have workgroups or subgroups that the Committee and the <br />Secretary's Designee deems necessary for the purpose of compiling information or conducting <br />research. However, such workgroups may not conduct business without the direction of the <br />Committee and must report in full to the Committee. <br />15.
