the obligation of $24 Million in 2005 dollars, and instead SPWRAP assumes the <br />obligation of contributing the remaining amount of money necessary to implement the <br />Water Projects Plan for the First Increment. In the event the State of Colorado will not <br />meet the $24 Million obligation, or the combined costs of implementing the Water <br />Projects Plan for the First Increment will exceed $12,000,000 (in actual dollars spent, <br />consistent with paragraph l .d. above), the Parties agree that a further amendment of the <br />MoA may be necessary. <br />4.
