B. Notwithstanding any of the above, if the recharge facilities, or their <br />operation, are found by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to be contrary to <br />the terms and conditions of the CDOW participation in Pittman - Robertson <br />or other applicable federal funding program, and the operation of the <br />facilities cannot be modified, federal funds reimbursed, or replacement <br />lands purchased to comply with federal requirements, this MOU will <br />terminate. <br />MI Eel : 10 1: 1:7:1 M,., ;MVA hy156010 K <br />A. Notices. Paragraph headings and titles contained <br />in this MOU are intended for convenience and reference only and are not <br />intended to define, limit, or describe the scope or intent of any provision of <br />this MOU. <br />C. Amendment.
