In addition to the DOQQs described above, RTi coordinated the production of nineteen DOQs (76
DOQQs) in Prowers County with the USGS in Denver. These DOQQs will be mosaicked into one MrSid
tile as soon as they come out of production. Table 5.0 contains the list of nineteen selected DOQs
currently being updated by USGS in Prowers County. The source imagery for these DOQs is 1998.

2.4 Image Base Map Creation
Task 3. The black and white, digitally compressed, seamless image base map was created using USGS
Digital Orthophoto Quarter Quadrangles (DOQQs) from Pueblo, Crowley, Otero, Bent, Prowers, and
Kiowa counties. These USGS DOQQs have a horizontal ground resolution of lm x lm. An example of
