PROJECT MILESTONES: <br />The project milestones include the completion of the design and specifications, construction of <br />the project, ongoing water quality and sediment monitoring during the project, and completion of <br />the grant progress reports, reimbursement requests and final grant closeout. The water and <br />sediment monitoring will be completed on an ongoing basis over an eighteen month period with <br />an annual report comparing the results of the testing. The administration of the grant and <br />submittal of reports will be completed throughout the project with progress reports submitted <br />quarterly, reimbursement requests submitted per the terms of the grant agreement, and a final <br />report submitted at the completion of the project. <br />PAYMENT <br />Payment will be made based on actual expenditures and invoicing by the water activity sponsor. <br />The request for payment must include a description of the work accomplished by major task, and <br />estimate of the percent completion for individual tasks and the entire water activity in relation to <br />the percentage of budget spent, identification of any major issues and proposed or implemented <br />corrective actions. The last 5 percent of the entire water activity budget will be withheld until <br />final project/water activity documentation is completed. <br />All products, data and information developed as a result of this grant must be provided to CWCB <br />in hard copy and electronic format as part of the project documentation. <br />rev. 5/13/2010 Page 3 of 3 <br />
