10.0 CONCLUSIONS
•
The Project has been operating with 10 wells and 3 recharge ponds for several years. Additional build
out of 17 wells and 11 recharge ponds is proposed. Water with a December 1998 priority is frequently
available for diversion at the Tamarack Ranch SWA.
The calculations of lagged factors (URFs) for the structures in the application are based on a detailed
groundwater model which has been calibrated with 466 calibration points. Additional considerations
concerning ET near the ponds, ET near the river, and stream reaches have been documented. A
projection tool has been added to assure that downstream water users are protected. Detailed accounting
has been proposed and documented.
Therefore, it is CDOW's opinion that no injury would result by the entry of a decree for these water rights
•
•
221Page
