<br />THIS TS'TC� CERTIFY That pursuant to the request of more tha.n one-
<br />third of the ca.pit�.l stock of the Gr�nd MesP, Reservoir Company, to
<br />have the Articles of Incorpor�,tion of the Company a,mended a.t the reg�:
<br />lar annu�.l meeting of the stockholder�, in this, to-wi�t:
<br />Th�,t the company increa.se the ca.pital stock; to enl�.rge the pur-
<br />poses of its existence, so that the compRny ca.n own and hold atock in
<br />other reservoir a,nd irrigation compa.nies; Pnd to own, contrcl, pur-
<br />chase, conetruct, operate and maintain neceas�.ry roads, tr�.ils Pnd
<br />lines of communication; the president a,nd secret�.ry of the comp�,ny
<br />caused to be inserted in the notice for the e,nnua,l 1902 etockholders�
<br />meeting of the comp�,ny, tha.t �t the sP.id meeting, the purpose to make
<br />the said a.mendments would be submitted for c�nsidera,tion.
<br />That said meetzng w�s cal3ed to be held A.t the Pride of Ka,nn�,h
<br />�reek Sohool House, in r4es�, County, Color�.do, thz.t being the orincip�l
<br />offioe and meeting place of the company, to convene on the first d�y
<br />of ��rch, 1g02.
<br />That on the P.ssembling of the stock holders on the sP.id first d�ty
<br />of Maroh, 1902, no quorum being present, the sa.id meeting was �.djourned
<br />until the fifteenth day of r�a,rch, 1902, to meet �,t the s�me place.
<br />That on the fifteenth da,y of r�i�rch, 1902, �t the hour of two
<br />o'clock P.A�., pursua,nt to said a.djournment, among other things done,
<br />the following �,mendments to the comp�,ny � s Articles of Inspecti or. were
<br />m�.de and �.dopted by a, two-thirds vote of �,11 the c�.pital stock of the
<br />comp�,ny, to wit:

<br />and is hereby incre�,sed two hundred (200) sh�.res, of the p�.r v�,lue of
<br />ten dollars each, so th�.t the comp�ny ha.�eP, tct�.l of twelve hundred
<br />sh�res of capit�.l stock, of the par v�.lue of ten doll�.rs each.
<br />"Tha.t the objects for which the company wa.s organized be, a.nd'the
<br />s�.me are hereby, enlP,rged and �,mended so th�.t it he, �.nd is hereby,
<br />authorized to own capital stoek in other reservoir, irri�a.ting compP,niec
<br />and other re$ervoirs, irrigP.ting ditches, rese�rvoir �.nd ditch sites,
<br />and to mftnage and control the s�.me; and to a�;n, control, purch�se, con•-
<br />struct, oper�te a.nd maintain, ro�.ds, trP.ils P.nd such lines of comr.iuni-
