The "strip park" can be procured and developed only as the adjacent <br />land is subdivided and improved, and so on. <br />To protect the existing facilities from present flooding and storm <br />drainage, the first stages of Construction should be opening of a ditch, <br />or the installation of the 72 -inch pipe from point (D 7 Ito point 17 This <br />would remove the load from Westwood, Hunter Heights, and Mountain View Acres <br />Subdivisions. As the adjacent land is developed or where there are existing <br />improvements such as Franklin School, the 72 -inch pipe should be installed. <br />In the area from point @ to @ , the pipe through the congested area <br />should be constructed first to protect the adjacent property. After this is <br />completed, the improvement of the drainage channel upstream can be accomplish- <br />ed by - stages in conjunction with the residential development in these areas. <br />g ANTITIES IN MASTER DRAINAGE PRO" <br />For general information only, a list of approximate quantities are shown <br />below.
