�.- - ---Y <br />RESOLUTION <br />CONCERNING SMALL RECLAMATION PROJECT LOAN AND GRANT <br />Director GLJ offered the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />WHEREAS, by its letter of June 12, 1968, the Board of Directors <br />of the WATER SUPPLY AND STORAGE COMPANY made application to the <br />Bureau of Reclamation, Department of the Interior, fora, loan and <br />grant under the Small Reclamation Projects Act of 1956, as amended, <br />for the purpose of constructing Long Draw Dam and making certain <br />improvements to the Grand River Ditch; and <br />WHEREAS, on the basis of an allocation of the cost of the Long <br />Draw Dam made in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Bureau <br />i <br />of Reclamation, using an interest rate of three and one - fourth percent <br />(3 - 1/4%) to determine the present worth of future annual costs and <br />i <br />benefits, a request was made for an Irrigation loan of $1,016,100, a <br />I <br />Recreation and Fish and Wildlife loan of $322,700, and a Recreation <br />I <br />and Fish and Wildlife grant of $377,400; with the loans to be repaid <br />in fifty (50) consecutive years following the completion of Long <br />Draw Dam; and <br />
