� TTTT /�llT - A -11 <br />A. ORGANIZATION AND AUTHORITY. <br />The North Poudre Irrigation Company was incorporated <br />July 31, 1901, for a term of existence of 20 years. On February 6, 1922, <br />a special meeting of the stockholders was held and by a majority vote of <br />the stockholders, a resolution was passed and adopted whereby the articles <br />of incorporation were renewed and the term of existence of said company <br />was extended for an additional period of 20 years. On October 26, 1936, <br />another special meeting of the stockholders was held whereby a resolution <br />was passed and adopted that gave the company perpetual existence, and as <br />such, is presently existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of <br />Colorado. <br />As stated in the articles of incorporation and listed below, <br />the objects and purposes for which said company was formed and incorporated <br />were, and continue to be as follows. <br />"(a) To acquire the canals, reservoirs and lands situated in <br />Larimer County, in the State of Colorado, heretofore owned and operated <br />by The North Poudre Land, Canal and Reservoir Company, its successors and <br />assigns together with all rights, rights of way, reservoir sites, privileges, <br />franchises, water rights, appropriations of water, from the North Fork of the <br />Cache la Poudre River and its tributaries, and all structures, flumes, head- <br />X-1 <br />
