Miller, Water Resource Engineer V <br />SUBJECT: Notice of Intent to Apply for Federal or State Assistance in the <br />Development of a Water Resources Project by the Riverside Irrigation <br />District. <br />Enclosed herewith is a copy of a notice of Intent received in this <br />office from Mr. Cecil J. Osborne, Superintendent, Riverside Irrigation District, <br />Fort Morgan, Colorado. The proposed project conists of the construction of a <br />dam on Wildcat Creek directly above the Riverside Canal and possible relocation <br />of the feeder canal. <br />Arrangements have been made for the representatives of the Interagency <br />Committee to meet with the sponsors of the proposed project on September 28, 1971 <br />at 10:30 A.M. in the meeting room in the basement of the Farmers State Bank, <br />which is directly across from the Post Office in Fort Morgan, Colorado. <br />
