shares in this company usinq a pump, pipe, hose, syphon or other
similar (non-headqate) device shall provide to the secretary of
the 'company a signed certificate providing the following
information:
1. No Person shall divert watQr from the aompany's

AMENOMENTS TO THE BYLAWS
OF THE GRAND RIVER OZTCH COMPANY
a. For pumps:
1• �ype of pump;
2. horsepower;
3, vQltage;
4• size of intake; �
5, size of discharge;
b. For non-pumps:
1. description of device;
2. size of intake;
3• size of discharge if different than
intake;
4 • type of energy used in diverting water
(e.g, gravity flow, hydraulic,
mechanical, etc.;
c. For alltidiversions, pump, and non-pump (e.g.
pipe, hoses, syphons, etc):
I.. amount of water �hat can and wili be
diverted in gallons per minute ar cfs;
2. location af point of diversion;
3. amount of shares and number of
certiticate stock;
4. name of owner of shares;
5. name and address of all users of water;
b. copy of agreement whereby non-awner has
the right to use the water;
3. No diversion by pump, pipe, hose, syphon or similar
device ou�c of the company�s ditch shall be permitted to any person
without fu1,l compliance with this Article by April 1 of each year.
4. The Board of Directors shall undertake all
necessary steps to prevent diversion af water from the company's
ditch by anyone who has not complied with the Article whether or
not said person owns stock in th�s company.
