SUBJECT: Decision of Riverside Reservoir and Land Company to Apply for
Financial Assistance for Rehabilitation of their System under P.L. 984
On September 28, 1971 at Fort Morgan, Colorado a notice of Intent
meeting was held to present to the Board of the Riverside Reservoir and Land
Company the financial assistance features of P.L. 566 and P.L. 984.
For your information there is enclosed herewith a copy of a letter
to the Regional Director, Region 7, U. S. Bureau of Reclamation in which the
Riverside Reservoir and Land Company indicated that they were applying for
financial assistance for rehabilitation of heir irrigation system under P.Z.
984
