In additian HRS has res�arched the current value of a storage <br />tank. <br />This appraisal is intended to reflect the current maxket value of the subject water rights <br />and facitity. The effective date af this appraisal is December 3, 2009, based on the <br />currency of the water rights research performed, and on the date of writing of this report. <br />As used in this report, the term "market value" means the most prabable price which a <br />property should bring in a competitive and open market under all conditions requisite to a <br />fair sa1e, the buyer and seller ea.ch acting prudently and knowled�eably, and assuming the <br />price is not affected by or under vutside stimutus.
