decision we were told by Greg Timm that BMDC was considering donating the water <br />rights for a tax write-off. We accepted and the situation went "On Hold, Wait". <br />Economy turned down and Timm said in the Fall, when it recovers they will act; then on <br />Dec. 30 he told us they would charge us $10,000 per month for the water. <br />2009 Contacted Gene Riordan () and after much discussion we elected to go the <br />negotiated settlement route. Greg Timm insisted on an appraisal and we agreed. <br />Several months were lost while waiting for his confirmation to pay his share. Eventually <br />(December) we received the appraisal and started to negotiate price based on the <br />appraisal. <br />2010 - By mid April we had a settlement offer in front of BMDC. <br />SNMD Wells <br />The District owns 3 wells. Well #'s 1& 2 are used for the in-district water drawn. Well #6 <br />is part of the lease the District has with Tiger Run. Either Well #'s 1 or 2 have sufficient <br />capacity to supply the District's water requirements. <br />� <br />
