Water <br />2. Sanitation (later transferred to Breckenridge Sanitation District <br />(now UPSD) <br />3. Street - Revett Drive dedicated to the County <br />4. Parks and recreation <br />5. Transportation <br />6. Television relay and transmission <br />7. Mosquito control for the inhabitants of the District. <br />From Page 3 R <br />"Special districts may also provide services and facilities outside the boundaries of the <br />District and may establish fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges for such services and <br />facilities." <br />"The District will provide water and sanitation services and facilities to one out-of-District <br />� area, the Tiger Run Recreational Vehicle Park. Tiger Run RV Park is adjacent to the <br />boundaries of the District and consists of approximately 45 acres subdivided into <br />� individual recreational vehicle sites for purchase. Currently, 140 sites have been <br />developed and have sewer and water available through a contract with Swan's Nest <br />Utility Company. The anticipated total Tiger Run build-out is 400 units." <br /> I� SNMD met all Statutory Compliances in existence at the time. <br />Vidler Tunnel Water rights were specified to be used for potable water. <br />Note: The concrete tank had been constructed some time before this plan was <br />approved. <br />1992 After a Notice of Election and Demand for Sale by Public Trustee in July 1991, <br />� SNMD negotiated a settlement and by Quitclaim Deed and Assignment the water rights <br />were yielded to Resolution Trust Corporation. This is the beginning of the problem. <br />�� <br /> �� <br />1996 - 1997 Early 1997 Breckenridge Meadows Development Company (BMDC) <br />acquired land AND associated water rights.
