Use or proposed use All recreational uses in and on the Animas River in connection <br />with the Durango Boating Park including, without limitation, boating, kayaking, <br />tubing, rafting, floating, canoeing and such other general recreational uses. <br />7. Durango is a municipality incorporated in the State of Colorado and is entitled to appropriate <br />surface water rights for recreational in- channel uses pursuant to § 37- 92- 103(4), C.R.S. <br />
