)Resume, Steven C Narris <br />Page 3 <br />He has estimated the 101,11 of ungaged streams for ttse in estimating th yield or water rights And <br />reservoirs, He has developed computer models of streams to simulate the nat;sral hydrology then <br />superimpose operation of present and proposed -water rights within the basin, including water <br />rights for diversion and mstream flow. <br />He has attempted to locate reservoir sites it) the Animas River basin for water supplies for <br />various clients, primarily for domestic use but also including plans of augmentation. <br />He has been ins *olvcd in the planning, design and construction of numerous i;rrgation projects, <br />from less than hill acres to 7,600 acres to be developed on tlne Ule Ivlotintain kile Reservation. <br />1981 to 1983 - INIOrris Kqudsen Entdneers <br />Mr. Harris was project en for a study to e reswrlloir sites on the White River in <br />northwest Colorado. Ile evaluated reservoir sites and pipelines routes to distri €iue water from <br />the reservoirs to potential oil shale facilitios. TTe was also project engineer for an appraisal study <br />to investigate the hydropower potranrial at VAriotls sites within the City of Aurora. CoIorado's <br />water delivery system. <br />1972 to 1980 - Bureau of Reclamation <br />Mr. Hntris was with the Bureau of Reclamation in Huron, South Dakota and Durango, Colorado <br />for eight Years. His last position seas Chief of the Plan Formulation Branch, He planned scveral <br />large multiple purpose water projects, two salinity con!rol projects., two late hydropower plarris, <br />and nurnprovs small projects. He prepared lateral layouts and cost estimates for advanced <br />planning studies for ilia Anim€ys- T.a.Piata. and San Miguel Prpjects. He evaluated canal routes turd <br />prepared preliminary designs on potential route.
