Craig LLC, submit the following disclosures pursuant to Rule 11 of the Uniform Local <br />Rules for all State Water Court Divisions and Rule 26(a)(2) of the Colorado Rules of Civil <br />Procedure: <br />(1) Opposers disclose Steven C. Harris, P.E., President Harris Water Engineering, hie. 954 <br />East Second Avenue, #202, Durango, CO 81301 (970)259 -5322 as a specially retained expert in the <br />fields of water resources engineering, development and administration. Mr. Harris will testify and <br />offer expert opinions on issues related to this case and will rebut opinions offered by Applicant's <br />expert witnesses. Mr. Harris' opinions and analysis are set forth in his report which is or will be <br />filed by Southwest Water Conservancy District in this case, which sport is incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br />(2) Pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(2)(13)(I), attached hereto as Exhibit A is a copy of Mr. Harris' <br />Resume which establishes the qualifications of the witness, and sets forth his prior expert testimony <br />and publications. <br />�. <br />r <br />
