(Mountain Waters adheres to the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge train cancellation policy). • For groups of 25 -49, cancellations must be received 7 days prior to the trip's scheduled departure. • For groups of 50 or more, cancellations must be received 4 weeks prior to the trip's scheduled departure. Trip Cancellation by Mountain Waters Rafting • A trip may be cancelled at any time for River Safety reasons. • Mountain Waters will not reimburse any travel costs. • Travel insurance is highly recommended. You may purchase trip insurance for your raft trip from Mountain Waters Rafting. Information & Reservations Advanced reservations can be confirmed and dates guaranteed by sending in a 50% deposit to Mountain Waters. In Durango, reservations can be made by calling 800 -585 -8243 or stop by our convenient downtown office. ( See man ). We accept most credit cards, travelers checks, or cash. Group discount rates begin with parties of seven or more. Liability releases are required prior to departure.
