<br />All parks close at midnight. Use of an amplification system requires variance from
<br />the Chief of Police. All park rentals require approval of a completed park permit
<br />application. Absolutely no activity that is for pecuniary gain (requiring the
<br />payment of money) may be held in a City facility without the express written
<br />consent of the appropriate City Official. Refer to the City of Durango Code or
<br />Ordinances for specific guidelines or inquire with Parks and Recreation at 970-
<br />375 -7300.
