Denver, Colorado Denver, Colorado Bedrock, Colorado Bedrock, Colorado Bedrock, Colorado Bedrock, Colorado Bedrock, Colorado Paradox, Colorado Delta, Colorado Denver, Colorado At that meeting it was decided that I would set fortb the major matters covered during the meeting and would provide sufficient copies of the same so that they could be distributed to those people that have an interest in the above subject matter. it was our thinking at the meeting that if these ideas could be set forth, circulated, and discussed by those who are interested in the project, that at the annual meeting of the Paradox Valley Canal and Reservoir Company, to be held early in Jan- uary, a decision could be made as to what method the group wishes to follow in financing the proposed project, if it is the desire of those benefited to proceed with the project. The meeting was begun by explaining that a general education program of all interested parties must be undertaken by those sponsoring the proposed project. It was pointed out that unless everyone fully understands the project and there is almost unanimous agreement to go ahead with the proposed project, it would be very difficult to ever ac- complish the same.
