Co. <br />Board <br />Service <br />Denver, Colorado <br />Norwood, Colorado <br />Grand Junction, Colo. <br />Denver, Colorado <br />Denver, Colorado <br />Bedrock, Colorado <br />Bedrock, Colorado <br />Bedrock, Colorado <br />Bedrock, Colorado <br />Bedrock, Colorado <br />Paradox, Colorado <br />Delta, Colorado <br />Denver, Colorado <br />At that meeting it was decided that I would set fortb the <br />major matters covered during the meeting and would provide sufficient <br />copies of the same so that they could be distributed to those people that <br />have an interest in the above subject matter. it was our thinking at the <br />meeting that if these ideas could be set forth, circulated, and discussed <br />by those who are interested in the project, that at the annual meeting of <br />the Paradox Valley Canal and Reservoir Company, to be held early in Jan- <br />uary, a decision could be made as to what method the group wishes to <br />follow in financing the proposed project, if it is the desire of those <br />benefited to proceed with the project. <br />The meeting was begun by explaining that a general education <br />program of all interested parties must be undertaken by those sponsoring <br />the proposed project. It was pointed out that unless everyone fully <br />understands the project and there is almost unanimous agreement to go <br />ahead with the proposed project, it would be very difficult to ever ac- <br />complish the same. <br />
