He informs me that the S.C.S. is concerned <br />that if the project were to receive approval, the new water may <br />not be distributed so as to give a full supply to each acre <br />presently irrigated; but those that now have an adequate supply <br />will receive additional water and, consequently, irrigate new <br />lands. To overcome this objection, we may have to make a study <br />of the lands held by Class III stockholders, the shortages they <br />presently have, and how far the new supply of water will go in <br />making up the shortages.
