The total cost for this contract will not exceed $18,685 without <br />written authorization by the Client. <br />PROJECTSCHEDULE <br />The work defined herein shall begin not more than 10 calendar days after Brown and Caldwell <br />receives the signed copy of this letter agreement from you. The proposed training sessions will <br />begin as soon as an appropriate schedule with the affected staff can be arranged. <br />For convenience, this proposal is presented in a form that can be accepted and signed as an <br />agreement between Brown and Caldwell and the Client. All work will be perFormed in <br />accordance with Brown and Caldwell's attached Standard Terms and Conditions (CL-L-TC) <br />dated June 30, 1999. To accept this proposal, please sign and date two copies and return one <br />copy to Brown and Caldwell within 10 days. The undersigned agrees to the Terms and <br />Conditions of this Letter Agreement attached hereto. <br />We look forward to the opportunity to perform the work for you.
