<br />Kelso Creek, tributaries of Escalante Creek, a tributary of the Gunnison River:
<br />1. Blumberg Ditch No. 1: Case No. 456, District Court, for .62 c1 s., Priority No.
<br />1, for irrigation, from the following point of diversion: The headgate of this ditch
<br />is situate at a point 612 feet S. and 537 feet E. from the NW comer of the N' /4
<br />of the NWI/4of section 4, in T. 50 N., R. 14 W of the N.M.M.
<br />2. Blumberg Ditch No. 2 Ditch No. 1: Case No. 456, District Court, for 1.37

<br />following point of diversion: The headgate of said ditch is situate on the west
<br />bank of Escalante Creek on the SW 1 /4 of the SEV4of section 15, T. 51 N. R. 13
<br />W., N.M.M., at a point 200 feet SE. of a point of sandstone rock, and about 7/8 of
<br />a mile S. from the 3 rd correction line.

<br />irrigation, from the fallowing point of diversion: the headgate of said ditch is
<br />situate at a point whence the comer to sections 4, 5, 32 and 33, in Ts. 51 and 50
<br />N., R. 14 W., N.M.M., bears S. 14E and 24'W. 2375 feet distant.
