<br />age Canal, the same having its headgate on the Arkansas River in Section

<br />rado, the same being used, among other uses, for diverting the natural
<br />waters of said river and its tributaries and conveying the same into the
<br />said Horse Creek and Adobe Reservoirs, and which said The Fort Lyon Canal
<br />Company was and is also the owner of the King Reservoir, situated in
<br />Provers County, Colorado, and was and is also the owner of other ditches,
<br />reservoirs and ditch and reservoir rights in Colorado, and water rights
<br />and claims of priority therefor, supplied with water from the Arkansas
<br />river and its tributaries

<br />of a certain irrigatin.- canal or ditch known as the Oxford Farmers' Ditch,

<br />east Quarter of the North -west Quarter of Section Thirty -one (31) Town-
