That the wage rates and other factual unit costs supporting the compensation to be paid <br />by the State for these professional services are accurate, complete, and current; and <br />c. That I understand the original contract price and any additions shall be adjusted to <br />exclude any significant sums by which the State determines the contract price had been <br />increased due to inaccurate, incomplete, or non-current wage rates and other factual unit <br />costs; and <br />d.
