WATER RIGHTS UNDER THE SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
Foot Notes:
a) Irrigation is all water rights with identified irrigated acreage. The acreage was identified and mapped in 2000
by the DWR as part of the Colorado Decision Support System (data included in the StateCU computer model).
b) All water rights whose amounts are quantified in units of ac -ft. Generally these are reservoirs, but in
a few limited cases augmentation plans fall in this category.
c) All water rights that did not fall into the first two categories.
d) This figure includes only the 44,700 ac -ft absolute portion of the Taylor Park 2nd fill water right decreed in Case No. 86CW203.
e) This figure includes the 106,230 ac -ft of diversions associated with the Taylor Park 2nd fill water right as shown in the Division 4
accounting sheets for Taylor Park Reservoir.
