1 expand, abate, impair, impede, or interfere with the <br />2 construction, maintenance, or repair of said <br />3 Fryingpan Arkansas Project facilities, nor the oper- <br />4 ation thereof, pursuant to the Operating Principles, <br />5 House Document 187, Eighty -third Congress, and <br />6 pursuant to the water laws of the State of Colorado: <br />7 And provided further, That nothing in this Act shall <br />8 be construed to impede, limit, or prevent the use by <br />9 the Fryingpan - Arkansas Project of its diversion sys- <br />10 tems to their full extent. <br />11 (16) Certain lands in the Arapaho National <br />12 Forest which comprise approximately 7,630 acres, as <br />13 generally depicted on a map entitled "St. Louis <br />14 Peak Wilderness— Proposal ", dated May 1991, and <br />15 which shall be known as Byers Peak Wilderness. <br />16 <br />(17) Certain <br />lands in <br />the Grand Mesa, <br />17 <br />Uncompahgre and <br />Gunnison <br />National Forest and <br />18 the Bureau of Land Management Montrose District <br />19 which comprise approximately 16,740 acres, as gen- <br />20 erally depicted on a map entitled "Tabeguache Wil- <br />21 derness— Proposal ", dated May 1991, and which <br />22 shall be known as the Tabeguache Wilderness. <br />23 (18) Certain lands in the Arapaho National <br />24 Forest which comprise approximately 12,300 acres, <br />25 as geneally depicted on a map entitled "Vasquez <br />S 10291S <br />
