� S r4 rIt) <br />f <br />Existing Water Right Information <br />Staff has analyzed the water rights tabulation and consulted with the Division gineer Office <br />(DEO) to identify any potential water availability problems. There is orw decreed surface <br />diversion located within the proposed instream flow water right, the T Ditch .25 cfs). <br />This ditch is located approximately 1200 feet upstream from the confluence with the Arkansas <br />River.
