The OWCDP has determined that <br />the application meets the Colorado Water Conservation Board Guidelines for reviewing grant proposals. <br />The OWCDP staff is pleased to award the City of Westminster a grant in the amount of $38,130 to <br />develop a Water Conservation Plan that meets the requirements outlined in S1307 -008.
